We hypothesized that men suffering from both ED and PE would report the greatest negative impact on quality of life and sexual enjoyment. A multi-country internet-based survey of 12,134 men was conducted in 2004. The Premature Ejaculation Prevalence and Attitudes (PEPA) Study enrolled men aged 18-70 in the United States, Germany, and Italy. Respondents answered questions about general quality of life, relationships, sexual experiences and attitudes, health, and demographics. Men in the PEPA Study were categorized as having PE via their survey responses regarding distress, timing of, and control over ejaculation. Men were also asked if they self-described as having erectile dysfunction/impotence. These groups were quantified, described, and contrasted. Approximately one third of men reported that the length of time from penetration to climax was a problem for them or their partner, and approximately one quarter of men additionally reported distress or lack of control over ejaculation; about 15% of men self-reported ED. While almost one quarter of men with PE also had concomitant ED, over half with ED also suffer from comorbid PE. Men who suffered from concomitant PE and ED had lower scores for quality of life and sexual enjoyment compared to those with either PE or ED alone. If for any reason the tip part of the hoodia’s stem is injured, new branches will begin to grow from the cut stem. 10. Hoodia when eaten does not leave an after taste in your mouth. 11. A person or even an animal will notice a sense of well-being and more energy when digesting real hoodia. 12. Ultimately hoodia has shown people around the world to possess the ability to curb one’s appetite by imitating the same effect that glucose has on the brain; our brain then tells us that we are full which of course, decreases our desire to want to eat. 13. Aphrodisiac qualities of hoodia have yet not been proven in clinical trials, but the testimonials of satisfied consumers are favorable and persistent in this regard.   Beware of dishonest vendors who claim to sell 100% pure hoodia gordonii products.
